If you are finding difficulty with the payment, it's either your bank is rejecting the payment due to some reason. Please contact our support team and they will advise you on the alternatives
If you are eligible for a refund, contact our support team and share your receipt via email and they will take it from there.
Refund usually takes 24 - 48 hours to reflect into your account
You can redeem your coupon by adding your coupon code during the purchase and our system will apply the coupon and charge the balance.

We allow instructors to build unlimited courses as we charge 10% commission of their total sales
No, all you have to do is to input the correct answer while building the course, and our system will autocorrect the quiz.
